SOLUTIONS TIP

Be aware of
global warming.

“Even those creatures you deem superfluous in the world - like flies, fleas, and gnats - nevertheless have their allotted task in the scheme of Creation.”

                                                                    (Midrash Exodus Rabbah 10:1)

Jewish tradition highlights that all of the world’s creatures – animals, birds, humans, and bugs – all have a precious role in the world. Global warming has moved too fast for most of creation to adapt and therefore threatens many species and whole ecosystems. It is our sacred duty as Jews to do what we can to stop global warming.
