RODEPH SHOLOM MIDDLE SCHOOL

Students at the Rodeph Sholom School excel and flourish under the loving guidance of our excellent teachers, rabbis and administrators. We nurture educated, committed Jews whose strong foundation in both secular and Jewish studies give them access to the best schools and colleges in the country.

We are delighted that The Rodeph Sholom School is expanding and adding two grades to create a Middle School ending in the eighth grade. This expansion will build on the excellent education programs currently in place through grade six. In Spring 2004, our students graduate from the school's eighth grade as Jews who are literate, critically astute, devoted to the Jewish people and Jewish values, and committed to places of leadership within the rich diversity of our heritage.

To accommodate the additional students and faculty necessary for the Middle School expansion, the 78th and 79th Street buildings underwent extensive renovations. Improvements including a new connecting boulevard to enhance access between the 78th and 79th Street buildings We created several state-of-the-art classrooms, expanded the library and dining facilities, and added a new student lounge. These changes greatly enhance the look and functionality of our school facilities.
